Before you write
- Where is my order? Your order page shows its stage, and the dispatch email carries the tracking number. No account? Use Find an order.
- Paying a pre-order balance. Use the link in the arrival email, or your pre-orders page.
- General questions — deposits, cut-offs, shipping cost, packaging — are answered on the FAQ.
- A parcel that arrived damaged — write the same day if you can, with photos of the outer box, the packaging and the model. See transit cover.
